This tea is a miracle. White tea as a chai base is a delightful novelty, and rare in the tea world. This one is tall enough to stand up to the spices in the blend, including the sweet warmth of spicy cinnamon. The floral notes of cardamom are backed up by dried coconut and lemongrass. Dried pineapple, which is a far cry from the sharpness of fresh, is enough to lift the entire tea and give it inflection.

Steeping Instructions:
Steep 1 teaspoon in 8 oz of hot water (just shy of a full boil) for 5 minutes. Take care to not over-steep or use too hot of water as it can turn any tea bitter.
